-Session Pale Ale, 4.7% ABV- A symphony of Cascade and Centennial hops give this refreshing Session Pale Ale a bright hop presence with a touch of bitterness.
-Session IPA, 4.7% ABV- A Session IPA in the New England-style, with a hazy juiciness at a crushable 4.7% abv.
-India Pale Ale, 7.5% ABV- A floral hop nose and a juicy Citra hop intensity blend with a balanced malt spine for a touch of sweetness and a crisp hop bite.
-India Pale Ale, 6.9 % ABV- A villainous amount of Mosaic and Denali hops give this refreshing Summer IPA hints of mango and pineapple and a bright touch of sweetness in the finish.
-Belgian India Pale Ale, 7.4% ABV- A chaotic blend of citra hops and Belgian-style yeast give this Belgian IPA aromas of passion fruit, a bright hop flavor and a plush finish.
-Imperial IPA, 9.2% ABV- The Imperial version of Velveteen Habit IPA, this Citra hop bomb is deceptively smooth at 9.2% abv. and a sensory melting experience.
Keep 'er Movin'
-Pale Lager, 4.2% ABV- Hey der guy- Charlie Berens here from the Manitowoc Minute. I made a beer with my fellow cheeseheads at Ale Asylum over there in Madison. It's a light pilsner that's only available in Wisconsin and perfect when you want a couple two tree beers. You'll wanna stock up cuz holy cripes winter is comin' and you don't wanna be sober for that.
-German Style Pilsner 5.2% ABV- Clean, crisp, smooth, and supremely drinkable like a Pilsner oughta be.
-Hefeweizen, 6.0% ABV- Vibrant as a summer sun and uber refreshing, this classic German Hefeweizen is soft on the palate with an effervescent finish.
-4.5% ABV- Top Note Radler concentrate featuring grapefruit, rhubarb and hibiscus is finished with Unshadowed Hefeweizen to create a refreshing patio pounder.
-West Coast Style Amber, 6.7% ABV- Our West Coast style Amber is aggressively hopped, with a strong malt backbone and a mild hop bitterness in the finish.
-Marzen, 6.0% ABV- This Marzen lager boasts an intricate blend of American and European malt for a light amber color and soft, bready malt flavor with a crisp finish and no residual sweetness.
-Brown Ale, 5.5% ABV- A blend of seven unique malts give this brown ale an earthy aroma and a flavor reminiscent of caramel with a slightly creamy finish.
-Belgian Dubbel, 9.2% ABV- This Belgian-style Dubbel imparts aromas of dark caramel, fruit and spice with a strong malt presence, and a wicked, warming finish.
AWOL Brewer: Ryes of the Dark Side
- Stout, 6.3% ABV- This small batch Rye Stout was created by brewer Brian Sebak and features Centennial Hops, Pale Rye Malt, Dark Caramel Malt, Chocolate Rye Malt, Black Malt, Roasted Barley, and Irish Ale yeast.
